A group of Ottawans are planning on giving Rock Creek of Ottawa a little holiday spirit in the form of decorations. Organizer, Adam Lynch, says the group will be decorating with inflatables, stand up lighted decorations and stringing lights where they can. All are donations from people in Ottawa. The group will decorate today starting around 12:30 at Rock Creek.
