An accident on 56 Highway yesterday afternoon left a man with serious injuries. A vehicle driven by 30 year old Devin Brooks of Yucca Valley, California, was traveling west on North 200 Road and failed to uield the right of way to traffic on 56 Highwy.
A semi truck, driven by 60 year old Otho Saint John of Polo, Missouri, struck Brooks car on the passenger side. Brooks was life flighted to KU Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. Otho and his passenger, 57 year old Brenda Saint John were not injured. No further details on the accident were released.
