The State of Kansas is one of the biggest problems when it comes to dealing with the COVID 19 crisis. That somewhat startling statement is coming from the Franklin County Interim Health Department Director. During the regular County Commission Meeting, Nick Robbins noted how surrounding counties are giving up on doing their own testing for COVID.
Robbins says it can take around 10 days to get test results back from the State. He says that is why Franklin County is doing its own testing, so it can keep up with the developing situation
