The Franklin County Public Works Department is keeping busy, even as Winter draws near. Public Works Director, David Lee, gave his update to the County Commission.
One Commissioner brought to Lee’s attention the existence of a pothole at 15th and Marshall under the I-35 bridge. Lee says that would be the responsibility of the Kansas Department of Transportation and he will talk with them about the pothole.
