The first shipment of COVID 19 vaccine should be delivered to Franklin County sometime next week. There are a lot of questions and issues to be worked through as it is distributed. The Franklin County Commission and Health Department have been working tirelessly to come up with policy’s regarding the vaccine. Interim Health Director, Nick Robbins, says the two shot vaccine raises some concern:
