The Franklin County Health Department reported 30 new cases of COVID 19 on Friday, with 147 active cases and 62 pending results with seven hospitalizations. The Health Department held a random drive through testing clinic Saturday morning for those wanting to be tested. By all accounts, that went very well. Emergency Management Director, Alan Radcliff reported that as of 10:30, they had tested 75 individuals. Radcliff told me that they were expecting many more the week before and that was holding true. While the exact numbers are not yet available, but at least 82, which is nearly double the number from the previous week. Interim Health Director, Nick Robbins on the testing:

Radcliff said he was unsure when the next random drive thru tests would be held in Ottawa with the upcoming holidays over the next two weeks.
