To says it’s been a rough year would be a major understatement; however, this Christmas Season has been met with a great spirit of giving and compassion by an amazing number of people in Ottawa and, despite all the issues facing us today, there are many reasons to be thnkful. City Manager Richard Nienstedt, has a message for every Ottawan:
