Two condemned houses at 819 East 8th and 628 South Willow are on the chopping block, for real. The houses had been condemned by the Ottawa City Commission in early December, but City Officials waited several weeks, because the owners said they still wanted to fix the houses. Community Development Director, Wyndee Lee, says time has run out:
