Another round of the Farmers To Families Food Box Program was announced this week by the U. S. Agriculture Department. USDA’s Rod Bain has details:
The initial goal of the program was to help farmers that had food stranded on their farm and had lost channels of distribution to food service nd restaurants to adopt and get the food to hungry families during the pandemic.
