The Ottawa City Commission may have found a way to deal with conflicting opinions on whether the City should have a Residency Requirement for its employees. The General Policy right now is that employees should either live in Ottawa or in Franklin County. Commissioner Sara Caylor says she has been studying what other towns are doing:
