Governor Laura Kelly has received criticism for the State’s Vaccination Priority List having inmates up in the second phase of vaccinations. She responded to those complaints saying everything they are doing is following CDC Guidelines.:
Kelly adds that most of the prisoners are not confined to the same area 24 hours a day and not exposed to anyone else.
