Ottawa Mayor, Tom Weigand has presided over the last City Commission Study Session as Mayor. Before handing over the Gavel, Weigand had some final remarks:
Commissioner Sara Caylor takes over as Mayor for the fourth time, Commissioner Eric Crowley will serve as Mayor Pro Tem.
