In a non typical State of the State Address last night, Governor Laura Kelly addressed the State virtually with a recorded video speech where she encouraged Bipartisanship to solve the State’s issues. Kelly spent a great deal of time on the COVID pandemic, in what she called a “Conversation with Kansan’s”:
Kelly avoided outlining broad new initiatives outside of promising to push again for Medicaid Expansion. She says more on her Initiatives for the coming year will be revealed later this week.
