Kansas Legislators moved quickly to try a different approch in seeking to limit City and County Taxes. The Bill was pushed by Senator Caryn Tyson. Marco Marquez has more:
Local officials say, if passed, the change would create massive amounts of extra work for the treasurers and clerks office and last year Franklin County Clerk Janet Paddock said each instance the change would be used would cost the County thousands of dollars.
