The O-Town Reads Project is underway for 2021 and the book has been selected. It’s “A Man Called Ova” by Fredrick Backman. The Ottawa Library is known for selecting books that are current and topical for the time and this one fits in very well. Children’s Librarian, Paula Patterson talks about the main chatracter, Ova, known as the grumpy old man in the neighborhood:
