The Ottawa City Commission will hold its weekly Study Session this afternoon at Ottawa Memorial Auditorium. Several items on the Agenda, but one may be of interest to fishermen. You may have noticed the pond off 17th Street that has been draining the past several months. That is actually Lakeside Park and the City has big plans for it. City Manager Richard Nienstedt:
Other items on the Agenda include interviewing for the Planning Commission and Airport Advisory Board, as well as amending some zoning regulations and talk of the 2022 Budget Process. The meeting is at 4:00 this afternoon. It will be live streamed on the City of Ottawa’s Facebook Page.
