Franklin County Commission Meetings will once again be open to the public, starting Wednesday, May 5th. County Health Officer Dr. Bud Ransom, says vaccinations have made a lot of difference:
The wearing of masks and social distancing will still be part of the guidelines. The County also plans to open the Visitors Center, although a date has yet to be determined.
