The Franklin County Public Works Department may adopt a novel idea for cleaning up roadsides, and the idea came from Commission Chair, Colton Waymire. Waymire explained his idea:
Waymire said he recognized liability could be an issue when using other people to clean up roadsides; nevertheless, Public Works Director David Lee said he would look into the idea.
