Ottawa University wasn’t able to have a proper graduation ceremony for the Class of 2020, due to the Pandemic. A year later, they are having a double ceremony, one for last year, and one for this years grads. OU Dean of Academics, Dr. Eric Koch, explains why:

The ceremony will be a traditional one, but with a few changes. For instance, graduates are limited to two guests, everyone will be screened before entering and masks are required. both ceremonies will be held at the OU Chapel. The Class of 2020 will walk at 9:00 this morning, the Class of 2021 at 1:00 this afternoon. Doors open one hour prior to the ceremony.
