You may have heard about the two freshman students at Ottawa High School who were awarded the Give Back Program four year, full ride Scholarships. It’s a nationwide program with very specific criteria, mostly based on financial need and life circumstances. OHS Principal, Kelly Whitaker, says it’s not an easy process:
The two receiving the award were Mackenzie Cunningham and Devon Duarte. They will have a mentor assigned to them to help them get through the tough times in high school and help them through college.
