Some good news on the COVID 19 battle front. The Center for Disease Control eased mask wearing guidance for fully vaccinated people on Thursday, allowing them to stop wearing masks outdoors in crowds and in most indoor settings. Dr. Anthony Fauci says the pandemic isn’t over, but it is a huge step:
Governor Laura Kelly says effective immediately, Kansas will adopt the CDC Guidance, however, masks will still be required in health care facilities, public transportation, and individual businesses. She says it clears the way for reopening workplaces, schools and other venues and removes the need for social distancing in many settings.
