Everyone in Ottawa is holing their breath that there won’t be any more flooding and barring a deluge of rain, things are looking up. Public Works Director, Michael Haeffele says the Marais Des Cygnes River is stabilizing:
Haeffele says crews are still watching the river, prepared to take action to meet any sudden unexpected changes.
