One requirement to having a good work force is to have good child care facilities. That’s one of many angles that Franklin County Development Executive Director, Paul Bean, is working on, to advance economic Development in the local area. During a Joint Luncheon at the Ottawa Fire Department with City, County and School District Officials, Bean revealed a project in the works:
Bean says several local companies have told him that if they had a better work force, they would be able to do more business than they can do right now.
