While there was certainly some flooding in Franklin County, it sure could’ve been far worse. Public Works Director, David Lee, says a lot of things are getting a check-over:
Lee says he doubts there was enough damage to get a Disaster Declaration, but it will take awhile to determine the extent of damage.
