An Ottawa City Commissioner has announced he will not seek another Term. At the Regular Study Session, Blake Jorgensen made the announcement:
Jorgensen acknowledged he had announced several years ago he would not run, but then later, got back on the Commission when a vacancy opened. He says this time his decision is for real.
