Osage County Sheriff’s Office investigators have been conducting an investigation regarding the online solicitation of a child by an adult.
On Tuesday, May 11th, Osage County Sheriffs Office Criminal Investigation Unit took an adult male, into custody, who had made plans to meet with someone he believed to be a minor.
Twenty two year old Gabriel Remboldt of Topeka, was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Osage County Jail Facility on suspicion of Aggravated Human Trafficking, Commercial Sexual Exploitation of a Child and Use of a Communication Facility to Commit a Felony.
Osage County Sheriff, Chris Wells, reminds the public that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
