The Annual Ottawa Chamber of Commerce Awards Luncheon was held Wednesday and various awards were handed out. The highest award is the Russell Crites Award and is considered the most prestigious award. Previous Award winner, Lonnie King of Fashion Incorporated, had the honor of announcing this year’s Russell Crites Award Winner:
