A Quenemo man led Osage County Deputies on a chase through a wooded area, both by vehicle and on foot, yesterday morning. Deputies responding to a disturbance call about 9:00 yesterday morning, learned the suspect had left the scene. A vehicle matching the description was located by a Deputy and a stop was attempted, but he fled.
The vehicle traveled off road through fields and wooded areas, where it eventually became stuck. The suspect fled from the vehicle on foot. Deputies, still on scene at the initial call address, located the suspect running back to the residence and took him into custody.
Thirty three year old Cody Christianson of Quenemo, was arrested on Suspicion of Aggravated Domestic Battery, Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer, Fleeing and Eluding in the Commission of a Felony and Criminal Depravation of Property.
