Popcorn and ice cream might be the business products of the future, judging by what’s happening in Ottawa. The Greater Ottawa Chamber of Commerce recently held its Annual Awards Luncheon and, as always, several awards were handed out. One of the awards is for Entrepreneur of the Year. Previous Entrepreneur winner, Jeff Carroll, of Ottawa Bike and Trail, was given the honor of announcing the 2020 winner:
In addition to Maggie’s Popcorn, she recently opened an ice cream parlor next door. The Chamber of Commerce also cited her involvement in Chamber activities and various other civic activities.
