More details starting to come out about the incident at Wellsville High School involving Kansas Representative Mark Samsel. According to a Franklin County Sheriffs Deputy’s written Statement, a student reported that Samsel manhandled him and kicked him in the groin during class. The Wellsville School District has banned Samsel from its property and events for a year and Franklin County District Court Judge, Kevin Kimball, ordered Samsel to undergo a Mental Health Evaluation at Elizabeth Layton Center.
