Customers in Wellsville who use Ottawa Sanitation for their trash pickup may see some changes in what is allowed for trash containers. Company Manager, Graham Hafner, told the Wellsville City Council that putting trash bags out should be a thing of the past:
Hafner says any transition to an all-cart policy would probably be phased in over a two or three year period.
