You’re scrolling through Facebook, minding your own business, or not, and all of a sudden you receive a notice from the Kansas State Fair saying you’ve won a big prize. How cool is that? UH… not cool, because although the account looks official, has all the right graphics and name, it’s a scam. Steve Olinghouse tells us what the notification says:
DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK, and certainly do not give the site any personal information. There’s an indication, though not confirmed, that the fake account is based in Indonesia
