Illegal drugs not only can prove deadly to those who sell and use them; but it can also be dangerous to law enforcement who has to confront the problem. Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards told the County Commission about a recent incident:
Richards says it’s critical that officers carry NARCAN because they never know when they will be called upon to save a victim’s life.
