The Ottawa City Commission is starting to review budgets for the next fiscal year and one item has already drawn some irritation from some Commissioners. Franklin County Emergency Communications Director, Nick Robbins, was at City Hall to present his nearly $486,000 Budget. Ottawa Mayor Sara Caylor has been outspoken in believing Ottawa pays too much of the Budget. She had questions for Robbins:
