Governor Kelly, today, released the list of local governments that will receive allocations through the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund of the American Rescue Plan Act. Many area cities were allocated funds, including the City of Ottawa, who received over 1.8 million dollars, Baldwin at $715,000, Garnett with $490,000, Lyndon at $155,000, Osawatomie with $650,000, Paola at $867,000, Pomona with over $124,000, Princeton at $40,000, Quenemo at $57,000, Rantoul with $28,000, Richmond comes in with $69,000, Williamsburg at $59,000 and Wellsville at $270,000.

Kelly says the American Rescue Plan will provide critical resources to Kansas communities as we continue our recovery from the COVID 19 Pandemic. Those dollars will be used to make the strategic investments that will build a better, more inclusive and resilient economy for future Kansans.
