Although it’s getting pretty hot and dry right now, not very long ago, it was rather cold and rainy. The bad part of that situation is it did some expensive road damage in Franklin Count; but, the good part is the County may get some, or all, of its money back. Franklin County Public Works Director, David Lee, says calculating all the expenses takes a lot of time:
Lee says it will take a few more weeks to repair washouts and other damage caused by recent flooding.
