A strategic planning session was held Wednesday evening in Wellsville. Leaders from Franklin County, civic leaders and business owners from Wellsville met to talk about an Economic Development Plan for the expected growth coming to the area now and in the future. He adds that housing shortages are not only a problem in Wellsville, but all across the area. Wellsville and Ottawa are opening new areas for potential development of new housing.
