The Ottawa School District is still waiting to hear if they will be part of a program designed to curb the use of eletronic cigarettes by young people. School Superintendent, Dr. Rayn Cobbs says a lot of schools want to get in on the program:
Cobbs says if Ottawa gets to participate, efforts will be aimed at middle school students since that is an especially vulnerable age when kids start experimenting with vaping.
