Sometimes change can be hard, but sometimes change can be a good thing and make a good situation even better. Volunteers at the Franklin County Visitors Center aren’t real happy about the Historical Society moving into the building. Two shared their extreme displeasure at a meeting recently; however, County Administrator Derek Brown says we all have to roll with the changes:
Volunteers are concerned that the Historical Society will take up too much room, crowding them out. Historical Society Director, Diane Starcenic-Dean, says the building would offer a great space to display exhibits of local interest and history.
