The Director of the Franklin County Historical Society weighed in with her thoughts on the Society’s move to the Franklin County Visitor’s Center, Diane Staresinic-Deane says she is looking forward to working with the Visitor Center volunteers:
The proposed move has brought strong opposition from volunteers at the Center. The Historical Society is now housed at the former Crestview Nursing Facility, which is in dilapidated condition.
