The Franklin County Development Council continues to promote Proximity Park actively and aggressively to industry wanting to build in the area. Ottawa has been very close to landing a big deal,, bus has lost out at the last minute, one because they got free land elsewhere. FCDC Director, Paul Bean says it’s all about presenting the right incentive package put together by the City, County, and school district:
Bean adds that he has two active leads on Proximity and he is actively pursuing both. It is just a matter of time before Ottawa lands a deal with a company wanting to expand in the area.
