Converting an area, known as “The Coves”, located near Davis and Wilson Street, from vacant land into developed homes will not be as easy as some may think. That was the message Ottawa City Attorney, Blaine Finch, had for City Commissioners, wo also act as Trustees for a Land Bank. Finch says the project could be quite complicated:
The City Commission, acting as the Land Bank, plans to hold additional meetings to thrash out prices for the 42 available lots.
