The Ottawa City commission did a kind of transformation yesterday. After their Study Session was over, they then re-convened as Trustees for the Ottawa Land Bank. The Commissioners, acting as Land Bank Trustees, will hold more meetings to try to set a minimum price for each lot when they are sold to private developers.
