The election on November second will feature local races through-out the County. Franklin County Clerk, Janet Paddock, tells us what to expect:
Also, early voting begins Monday. You can vote anytime before the Official Election in the County Clerks Office during regular business hours. Paddock says they will have special hours on an upcoming Saturday also.
