Early voting opened on Monday and those choosing that option in the County Clerks Office will find some new voting machines waiting for them. Franklin County Clerk, Janet Paddock, says they are utilizing touch screen technology for the first time:
Early voting ends the day before the Election, on Monday, November 1st. Paddock says there will be some voting opportunities on Saturday, October 30th also.
