There will not be any more auctions of an area known as The Coves, despite the fact there are still 28 lots that have not been sold. That seems to be the prevailing feeling among the Ottawa City Commission, which acts as a Land Bank. At a Special Land Bank Meeting, City Attorney Blaine Finch explained possible options:
The City plans to put out some promotional material to attract buyers for the remaining lots of The Coves.
