A program in the works for quite some time by the Ottawa Police Department is up, running and available to the public. Ottawa Police Chief, Adam Weingartner says the people of Ottawa are now able to see up to the minute crime activity anywhere in town.
Weingartner adds that the Community Crime Map is available for people to use now. You can check it out at the website: COMMUNITYCRIMEMAP.COM. Find Ottawa in the list of cities on the left, the simply click on the icons to see what crimes occurred and where.
