A new complication may have developed in the drive to land companies in Proximity Park. Recently it seems that companies have been asking if there are existing buildings in the park. County Administrator, Derek Brown, says some questions are getting even more specific:
Officials say if they agree to erect a building for a company, then that creates more complications. It is expected that officials from the City of Ottawa and the County will confer on what to do about the new questions being posed by potential industries looking over Proximity Park.
