With word that all the lots at The Coves Development in northeast Ottawa have been sold, City Manager, Richard Nienstedt says now Ottawa has plenty of lots available for housing construction and he says some will begin soon in that area.
The City is hopeful, with more housing being built, it will attract workers seeking to move to the area as companies decide to build in Proximity Park.
