New Franklin County Undersheriff, Kiel Lasswell, has been around in law enforcement for a long time. County Commissioner Don Stottlemire says he has watched Lasswell rise through the ranks:
Lasswell succeeds former Undersheriff Rick Geist, who retired. Before his time with the Sheriff’s Office, Geist worked with the Ottawa Police Department for many years.
